摘 要房地产项目的开发等相关问题一直以来都是社会大众以及学术界学者们重点关注的问题。瑞悦府作为北京市朝阳区的房地产重点开发项目，具有很高的研究价值，所以笔者选择了《瑞悦府房地产项目可行性分析》作为研究课题，并使用了房地产开发等相关理论对项目的可行性进行了研究和分析。通过本次研究能让我们对房地产项目的可行性等相关问题有一个更加清晰而深刻的认识。本文首先从相关背景出发，介绍了瑞悦府房地产项目的相关情况；然后对其市场环境以及市场定位进行了分析；接着论述了其项目建设方案、投资估算与资金筹备等相关问题，最后对其财务评价及风险问题进行了相关分析，并提出了自己的一点对策建议，以期能起到抛砖引玉的作用，帮助瑞悦府房地产项目以及我国其他同类型房地产项目更好的开展。关键词：瑞悦府房地产项目；可行性分析；风险PAGE \* MERGEFORMATVIAbstractThe development of real estate projects and other related issues has always been a major concern of the public and academic scholars. Feasibility was studied and analyzed.
