1摘 要在市场经济飞速发展的同时,市场经济体制也正在处于不断完善的状态之中,企业原本的粗放管理模式已经不能适应市场经济的需求,管理模式不断细化,同时人力资源管理的优势与作用也得到了日益的凸显。作为人力资源管理核心内容之一的绩效考核,更成为了改革与发展的关键,因此本文将针对绩效考核中常见的问题进行分析,以企业的员工绩效考评作为实证研究对象,通过对其现状的阐述与分析,全面了解其现存的问题,从而有的放矢,提出行之有效的建议。【关键词】员工绩效管理;绩效考核;人力资源AbstractWith the rapid development of market economy,the market economic system is also in a state of continuous improvement.
