上海市异地新农合合作模式的调查研究内容摘要：农民工医疗保障问题是我国医疗卫生制度改革的一个重点，新型农村合作医疗保障是有效解决农民看病难、看病贵的一项优惠政策。本文基于对异地“新农合”上海市合作医院安国医院及现行的上海市外来务工人员社会保障的政策研究，得出两者结合的可能性及推行“安国模式”的必要性。并提出推广“安国模式”的建议，即：增设上海市异地“新农合”合作医院；保证定点医院专项资金的供给；保证合作医院的质量，改善就医的环境；建立全国联通的“新农合”信息系统，提高“新农合”异地就医报销的便利性。关键字：上海市 农民工 新农合 安国模式 推广 Abstract: Medical problems of migrant workers is a priority of China's medical and health system reform, the new rural cooperative medical insurance policy is an effective solution to the farmers' difficulty and high cost of medical care. This paper is based on study the necessity of the AnGuo hospitals and the current medical care policy about migrant workers in Shanghai . Research the possibility about the combination of them and the importance of popularize AnGuo hospital mode. Put forward to promote the recommendations of the AnGuo hospital mode.
