1摘要国际标准拉丁舞也是一种体育舞蹈包括伦巴舞、恰恰舞、牛仔舞、桑巴舞和斗牛舞这五个舞种。拉丁舞是一种极具爆发力的竞技舞蹈。它以形体美、动作美音乐美以及律动强深受人民大众的喜爱。其中节奏律动在拉丁舞中发挥着重要的作用。在准确的节奏律动中我们抒发自身情感，在优美动听的音乐中我们无限遐想，没有音乐就没有完整而优美的拉丁舞蹈，对于拉丁舞来说节奏是重要的一环准确把握节奏是拉丁舞完美诠释的前提条件之一。本文首先对音乐节奏与体育舞蹈拉丁舞的关系进行了分析，发现现在拉丁舞蹈的学习状况并不乐观，出现了一系列例如学生音乐意识淡薄、节奏差、教学方法陈旧、舞蹈动作与音乐节奏脱节的问题，因此根据上述研究提出了拉丁舞音乐节奏教学应注意培养学生的音乐节奏。提高学生音乐素养，增加学生音乐内涵，改进教学方法，加强舞蹈教学中动作和音乐节奏的有效协调。把音乐节奏教学放在首位，只有将音乐节奏教学重视起来，才能让拉丁舞的表演水平得到快速的提高。关键词：音乐节奏；体育舞蹈；拉丁舞；教学训练2AbstractInternational standard Latin dance is also a kind of sports dance, including Rumba dance, Cha-Cha dance, cowboy dance, Samba dance and bullfight dance.
