摘 要在市场竞争激烈的背景下,绩效是保障企业持续运营的关键环节,而平衡计分卡就在这种情况下应运而生,并获得了全世界各地企业的认可。这是因为平衡计分卡不仅可以转换管理者只使用财务指标进行管理的传统观念,还可以让企业建立完善的绩效评价体系,从而在客户和产品等多个方面都取得一定的进展。目前我国石油企业正面临绩效评价方面的问题,因此,本文将从平衡计分卡的角度来研究绩效评价的问题。本文首先整理了绩效评价理论和平衡计分卡理论,然后选择了案例公司中石油,并研究了其绩效考核现状,然后建立完善的绩效评价流程,并对应用结果进行分探究,提出了四种相对应的优化对策,最后探讨了平衡计分卡在绩效评价中的应用重点和保障措施,以达到对我国石油进行全面控制和评价的目的。关键词:平衡计分卡;中石油;绩效评价IAbstractUnder the background of fierce market competition, performance is the key to ensure the sustainable operation of enterprises, and the balanced scorecard emerges at the right moment and has been recognized by enterprises all over the world.
