中文内容摘要帕金森病是一种老年性神经退行性疾病，是神经科学研究的一大难题。主要症状为静止性震颤、肌张力增高、姿势平衡障碍和运动迟缓，对患者的生活有着程度不一的影响。除了一般的药物和手术治疗，康复在帕金森病治疗的过程中明显改善了患者的运动障碍，提高了生活质量。本文总结了近 20 年来国内外对于帕金森病以及其康复治疗的研究进展，以利于增强对于帕金森病的认识，和对进一步研究进行展望。关键词：帕金森病；康复治疗；运动障碍AbstractParkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disease of the aged, which is a difficult problem in neuroscience research. The main symptoms are quiescent tremor, increased muscle tension, postural balance disorder and motor retardation, which have varying degrees of impact on patients' lives. In addition to general medication and surgical treatment, rehabilitation in the course of Parkinson's treatment has significantly improved the patient's motor disorder and quality of life.
