I摘要：由于人们生活水平的提高，教育不再是简单的应试教育，家长们为了孩子的未来更有可能性，让孩子们纷纷投身艺术教育，于是少儿培训行业得以发展。因此，本文对少儿口才培训的发展趋势和问题进行研究。本文的研究对象是博艺培训学校，分析了少儿口才培训的含义及具体的战略分析方法，同时，本文通过对博艺培训学校少儿口才培训发展现状（包括教师现状、少儿现状和行业现状）进行分析，指出当期的博艺培训学校少儿口才培训存在相关政策不完善、培训机构教师专业素质良莠不齐及教学方法不够丰富这三个问题，并分析这些问题的成因，在此基础上对少儿口才培训的发展做出规划，从教师、家长以及孩子自身等方面找出可以改进的措施还有培训机构应树立教育意识。关键字：少儿培训，博艺培训学校，趋势学号 15411090205学院文学院传媒系IIAbstractWith the satisfaction of people's rich material living standards, art education has become the focus of education development. Therefore, this paper studies the development trend and problems of children's eloquence training. The research object of this paper is Boyi Training School, which analyses the meaning of children's eloquence training and the specific strategic analysis method.
