《浅析秘书职业特征及发展趋势 摘 要秘书作为一个存在已久的职业，有着自己独特的职业性质和特征。随着社会主义市场经济在我国的建立和深入，我国的秘书职业变得更加现代化和国际化，秘书职业的智能程度、工作方式、服务内容等等也都在发生着深刻的变革，秘书职业呈现出了与传统秘书截然不同的职业特点，例如参谋辅助性、从属被动性、综合服务性等，并且朝着更加正规化、科学化国际化的方向发展。关键词：秘书职业；职业特征；发展趋势AbstractSecretary, as a long existing profession, has its own unique characteristics and characteristics of the profession.
