摘 要随着足球运动的不断发展,足球运动水平不断提高,运动员在场上承受的心理压力越来越大,在面对激烈的竞争场面和莫测的胜负变化,要求运动员不仅要具备扎实的战略战术,还要具备良好的心理素质。心理素质更体现了一位合格运动员的综合能力,具备良好的心理素质是运动员技能、体能、战术、水平得以正常发挥的重要保证。因此,加强青少年足球运动员心理素质的训练是十分必要的。本文主要运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对青少年足球运动员心理素质训练的特点、心理紧张产生的因素进行深入研究,阐述了心理素质对青少年足球运动员的作用,提出了针对青少年足球运动员心理素质的训练方法。本文研究表明:青少年足球运动员心理紧张产生的因素主要表现在竞赛的大小,参加比赛队伍实力水平,训练水平和比赛经验以及外界环境的干扰;青少年足球运动员心理素质训练的作用主要表现为提高青少年足球运动员的心理活动水平,增强青少年足球运动员的适应性能力,加快技能学习,改善技术训练,减缓疲劳,掌握放松技巧;青少年足球运动员心理素质训练方法主要有自我暗示法,表象重现调节法,实战模拟训练法,动机激励法,赛前心理训练法,放松训练法。关键词:青少年;足球运动员;心理素质训练AbstractWith the rapid development of football, the football standard improves unceasingly.
