摘 要本文通过运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、访谈法和比较分析法等研究方法，以青少年业余篮球培训的教育功能为研究对象。对中学青少年业余篮球培训中的教育功能形成的体系结构现状、运动员训练现状、场地器材现状、教育功能的作用进行全方位的分析，从多个角度探求业余篮球培训对青少年产生什么样的教育功能，研究表明：（1）青少年业余篮球培训的教育功能有利于提高青少年的文化素质；推动我国青少年业余篮球的市场；增强了我国人群对业余篮球的态度看法；提升了业余篮球教练的教学能力等；（2）青少年业余篮球培训的教育功能被阻碍的主要因素如教练因素、自身因素、场地设施因素；对青少年业余篮球培训的教育功能认知不足；青少年业余篮球培训的教育功能政策不完善等问题。根据系统科学的分析并且提出建议，为青少年业余篮球培训的教育功能提供有利的帮助。关键词：业余篮球、培训、教育功能、研究AbstractBy using the methods of literature, logic analysis, interviews and comparative analysis, this paper studies the educational function of juvenile amateur basketball training.
