I摘 要赏识教育是当前我国教育领域的一个具有强大生命力的新理念,在新课程改革中,不少小学实施赏识教育。通过文献研究、观察、访谈等方式,以宁德市宁德师范学院附属小学六年一班的教师和学生为主要研究对象,对赏识教育在小学数学教学中的应用现状展开研究。研究结果表明:赏识教育在应用中存在教师事情繁多,实施赏识教育心有余而力不足、未关注高年级课堂及中等生等不足,这些问题与教师对赏识教育内涵理解有偏差、教师赏识素质有待提高、家校不一致性等原因有关。为使赏识教育在小学数学教学中更有效,教师应提升自身素质,切实做好恩威并施、尊重不同学生差异进行赏识、给孩子创造成功的机会。关键词:赏识教育;小学教育;应用现状;对策IIAbstractAppreciation education is a new concept with strong vitality in the field of education in our country at present.
