商业银行资本结构与其经营绩效的关系研究 [摘 要] 论文通过大量的文献、以及国家统计局的数据，经过精细的整合和研究得出了商业银行资本结构与其经营绩效的关系。本文最先阐述了关于资本结构理论的早期发展以及较为经典的资本结构理论，通过前人的研究为本论文后续的研究垫定了一定的基础。在上述的基础上，选取十个具有代表性的商业银行，使用计量分析软件分析真实的数据，总结出了当今商业银行的客观规律，得出商业银行资本结构与经营绩效呈负相关的关系。并且通过科学的分析，得出了优化我国商业银行的股权集中制、股权结构、产权改革的内外环境这三大解决措施。旨在给我国商业银行的发展提供可靠的建议，并使得我国经济长稳发展。[关键词] 资本结构；制衡机制；经营绩效 Research on the relationship between capital structure and business performance of commercial banks Abstract：Through a large number of literatures and data from the National Bureau of Statistics, the paper obtains the relationship between the capital structure of commercial banks and their operating performance through fine integration and research.
