榆次区田森超市员工招聘体系优化 摘 要目前,我国综合型超市间的发展模式迎合了当今经济的快速发展水平,其发展模式和经营理念得到了进一步完善。但由于综合性超市商品繁多,所需工作人员较多,员工招聘工作频繁,导致其在员工招聘体系中存在一些问题。本文以榆次区田森超市为例,对该超市的员工招聘体系做进一步的分析。采用问卷调查法分析榆次区田森超市的招聘体系现状,指出其员工招聘体系存在的问题。针对招聘渠道单一、招聘规划不充分、面试设计不合理、招聘人员素质不高等问题,并提出相应的对策,以完善田森超市员工招聘体系,以便助其在激烈的市场竞争中得到持续并良好的发展。关键词:员工招聘;田森超市;体系优化IAbstractAt present, the development mode of integrated supermarkets in China caters to the rapid development level of today's economy, and its development mode and business philosophy have been further improved. However, there are some problems in the staff recruitment system of comprehensive supermarkets due to the variety of commodities, the large number of staff required and the frequent staff recruitment.This paper takes tiansen supermarket in yuci district as an example to further analyze the employee recruitment system of this supermarket. This paper analyzes the current situation of the recruitment system of tiansen supermarket in yuci district by means of questionnaire survey, and points out the existing problems in the recruitment system. Aiming at the problems of single recruitment channel, inadequate recruitment planning, unreasonable interview design and low quality of recruitment personnel, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the staff recruitment system of tiansen supermarket, so as to help it achieve sustainable and good development in the fierce market competition.Key words: employee recruitment; Tiansen supermarket; System optimization目 II录一、导论...................................
