摘要随着电子网络通讯和信息技术的发展,供应链管理的信息流将不再受到限制。物流和信息流成为构成电子商务供应链管理的重要因素。如何使供应链能更有效、更稳定地运行成为广大企业思考的主要问题。本文以天猫超市的供应链管理作为实证分析的主体,分析了其供应链物流管理的现状以及存在的问题,并提出了它的对策,为我国企业的供应链管理起到一定的参考作用。关键词:天猫超市;供应链;管理;对策AbstractWith the development of electronic communications networks and information technology, supply chain management, information flow will no longer be restricted.
