摘 要本文调查研究的课题是医护人员工作满意度现状及提升策略,主要运用问卷调查法和文献综述法开展调查河北省安阳市龙安区文明办侯家庄卫生室,并采用统计学方法对调查结果进行数据分析与处理。通过对河北省安阳市龙安区文明办侯家庄卫生室进行描述性统计分析,我们发现文明办侯家庄卫生室整体的医护人员工作满意度都处于整体偏低的水平;为了分析文明办侯家庄卫生室医护人员工作满意度整体偏低的产生原因,对人口学变量进行了方差分析;通过对文明办侯家庄卫生室医护人员的性别、从医时间、职称以及学历出发进行影响因素分析,通过分析医护人员工作满意度各维度的测量结果,可以看出职业压力、机构规章以及医患相关都会对医护人员产生一定的影响。通过对医护人员工作满意度的影响因素进行分析,提出从减少职业压力、优化机构规章以及改善医患相关三方面来使医护人员工作满意度提升的策略。关键词:工作满意度; 医护人员; 职业; 制度 AbstractThe research topic of this paper is the current situation of medical staff job satisfaction and promotion strategies, mainly using questionnaire survey method and literature review method to investigate Houjiazhuang Health Center of Longan District, Anyang City, Hebei Province, and using statistical methods to analyze and process the survey results. Through the descriptive statistical analysis of Houjiazhuang Health Center, Longan District, Anyang City, Hebei Province, we found that the overall job satisfaction of medical staff in Houjiazhuang Health Center was on the low side. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of medical staff's gender, medical time, professional title and educational background in Houjiazhuang Health Office of Civilization Office, and the measurement results of each dimension of medical staff's job satisfaction, it can be seen that workload, rules and regulations, and doctor-patient relationship will have a certain impact on medical staff's job satisfaction.
