摘要【摘要】随着市场经济的发展,中小企业已经成为国民经济的重要组成部分,其单一的激励机制已经不能满足企业发展的需要。因此,寻找适合我国中小企业特点的员工激励机制是当前人力资源管理的重点。本文以 GDKL 公司为例,简要分析了我国中小型国有企业目前在激励机制方面,特别是在企业核心人员激励机制方面存在的问题,提出了一些适宜的解决方法,这将对完善我国中小型国有企业激励机制具有一定的积极意义。【关键词】中小型国有企业;企业管理;人力资源;激励机制;核心员工【 Abstract 】 As the development of market economy, small and medium-scale enterprises have become an important part of national economy, but their singlemotivational mechanism have not met the needs of enterprise development. Hence, searching for motivations which are suitable for small and medium-scale enterprises is currently human resources management’s working highlights.
