摘 要随着时代的不断变换生活水平不断提高汽车也成为了人们交通工具中不可缺少的一个重要组成部分汽车工业作为我国的支柱产业，发汽车技术的发展，新材料广泛使用，都使现代汽车与传统汽车有巨大的差距，这样也给现代汽车碰撞维修带来新的难题。 汽车钣金维修是针对汽车碰撞所产生的大小损伤进行修复的工作，即汽车车身修复，它区别于传统的白铁工和冷作钣金工，在整个汽车维修过程中起着举足轻重的作用。车身碰撞损伤恢复程度的好坏，将直接影响到该车修复后的使用性能和安全结构。一般汽车在不幸遭遇交通事故，产生碰撞损伤后，受碰部分都有不同程度的损伤，车身结构和理论参数总有不同程度的变化，这些损伤的变化都使受碰撞车辆产生不同程度的破坏，对这些破坏的修复是我们汽车钣金维修工所要做的具体工作。本文主要介绍了钣金的发展过程，汽车钣金的安全防护，汽车钣金修复的优缺点及钣金的修复流程；介绍了汽车钣金常用工具的使用；详细讲解了汽车班级的故障检修，并通过案例分析钣金修复的过程。关键词：安全防护；常用工具；损伤类型；钣金修复I目 录 AbstractWith the changing living standards, the automobile has becomean indispensable part of people's transportation.
