民办高校教师激励机制的现状与其优化策略的研究内 容 摘 要教师作为民办高校增强综合实力的主要执行者,其工作积极性直接影响民办高校的发展进度。然而现阶段,教师的工作积极性不高以及教师流失的形式相当严峻,因此,必须进行对民办高校教师激励机制的现状研究,探索关于优化民办高校教师激励机制的相关策略。本文基于需要层次理论、双因素理论以及教师赋权增能理论对民办高校教师激励机制进行研究,研究发现民办高校主要在在薪酬、考核体系以及晋升制度等激励方面存在问题,主要是民办高校的薪酬水平缺乏竞争力、民办高校的考核制度和培训制度缺少完善性和民办高校的晋升制度缺乏科学性的原因。最后提出了民办高校可以通过增加对民办高校教师各项需要的了解;建立具有竞争力的薪酬制度,设立科学的物质激励机制;坚持物质激励和精神激励相互结合的激励方式;建设丰富的精神激励机制,注重对教师的培养这四个方面对激励机制进行优化。关键词:民办高校;教师;激励;激励机制IResearch On The Current Situation And Optimization Strategy Of The Incentive Mechanism For Teachers In Private Colleges And UniversitiesAbstractAs the main executor of strengthening the comprehensive strength of private colleges and universities, teachers' enthusiasm directly affects the development progress of private colleges and universities.
