人事管理系统的设计与实现人事管理系统的设计与实现 摘 要随着信息时代的快速发展，互联网科技日新月异，企业人事管理方式的自动化也逐渐地成为了人事管理的主流。作为人事管理方式自动化的优点主要体现在人事管理系统可以大幅度减少了企业在处理人事业务方面所花费的物力和财力。人事管理系统是人事管理事务结合互联网的软件管理知识，科学合理地管理人事业务的信息管理系统。本 系 统 采 用Microsoft SQL Server作 为 系 统 的 数 据 库Struts2 、 Hibernate 、 Spring MVC 、 JavaScript 和 JSP 为 主 要 开 发 技 术 ， 使 用eclipse 开发工具，采用 Java 开发语言进行设计。其主要功能模块包括：用户管理模块、员工信息管理模块、部门职位管理模块、考勤管理模块、请假管理模块、奖惩管理模块、调动管理模块以及薪资管理模块。本系统通过管理员对系统用户进行编辑、增加或删除来实现用户的权限管理，以便可以更好地管理系统。关键词：人事管理；员工信息；数据库；Hibernate；Struts2；北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计 Design and implementation of personnel management system Abstract The mian reason why the automation of enterprise personnel management has gradually become the mainstream is that the technology of Internet is changing with each passing day is changing with each passing day in information age.
