广东东软学院本科生毕业设计（论文） 人事管理系统的设计与开发 Design and development of person management system 内容摘要随着计算机技术的飞速发展，在日常生活和工作中计算机应用的日益普及，利用计算机技术给生活带来巨大的变化。采用人工方式对人事管理存在极大的困难，利用计算机应用人事管理系统对人事管理将带来巨大的变革，极大程度解决了人事管理上存在的一些问题，为 广东东软学院本科生毕业设计（论文）人事管理带来极大的便利。本 人 事 管 理 系 统 的 开 发 主 要 采 用 SSH 搭 建 系 统 框架，JavaScript、JSP 等相关技术来搭建前端框架，MySQL 数据库搭建后台数据库实现，Tomcat 作为后台服务。根据需求分析对系统设计，本人事管理系统可实现对部门、职员、奖惩、工资、培训、招聘、图表、系统管理的功能。本人事管理系统的开发，对系统各功能的实现，有效解决了人事管理上存在的一些问题，通过图表形式显示各部门人数，可以清楚了解各部门人数情况，系统管理有效地对系统管理维护。关键词：人事管理系统 SSH 框架 JavaScript 框架 MySQL 数据库AbstractWith the rapid development of computer technology, the application of computer in daily life and work is increasingly popular, the use of 广东东软学院本科生毕业设计（论文）computer technology to bring great changes to life.
