山东财经大学学士学位论文浅析 90 后知识型女员工的职业价值观和激励对策摘要随着 21 世纪的到来,我们进入了飞速发展的知识经济时代,社会整体教育水平提高,平权意识的不断觉醒也使女性拥有了更多的发展机会。所以从 2012 年开始,大批的 90 后知识型女性涌入劳动力市场,成为企业发展的重要源泉之一。因此如何有效激励这类员工是企业为健康发展必须探讨的问题。为了探讨优化针对 90 后知识型女性的激励对策,本文从需求入手,设计问卷调查了解这一群体的职业价值观特点和国内企业对这一群体的激励现状。最终从职业价值观角度入手,结合激励理论来改进激励现状中存在的不足,探讨出针对90 后知识型女性的激励优化原则和具体对策。这在实现企业对这一群体的有效激励的同时也为 90 后知识型女性争取到更平等而广阔的发展空间,实现企业和这一群体的合作与共赢。关键词:90 后知识型女员工;职业价值观;激励Brief Analysis of Professional Values and Incentive Strategies of Post-90s Knowledge-based Women EmployeesABSTRACT With the advent of the 21st century, we have entered the era of knowledge-based economy, society as a whole to improve the level of education, equality awareness of the constant awakening of women have more opportunities for development.
