I摘 要摘 要本项目为西安建筑科技大学 1 号宿舍楼，位于陕西省西安市碑林区雁塔路中段 13 号楼层为 6 层，1-6 层层高为 3.6m，建筑总面积为 4430 平方米。本次设计通过熟悉图纸以及招标合同之中的要求规定，根据陕西省最新发布的《建设工程报价手册》，计算西安建筑科技大学 1 号宿舍楼工程量，参考《建设工程招投标与合同管理》与西安建设工程信息网等文献资料撰写投标文件。本次设计的内容为西安建筑科技大学 1 号宿舍楼，具体包括投标函、投标报价的编制施工组织设计的编制及整体的资源优化等。关键词：施工组织设计；投标报价；资源优化IIAbstractABSTRACTFor this project is the dormitory building of Xi'an University of Building Science and Technology, located at No .13, middle section of Yanta Road, Beilin District, Xi' an City, Shaanxi Province.
