太阳印刷公司环保工程设计(废水处理部分)太阳印刷公司环保工程设计(废水处理部分)摘要本次工程设计的主要内容为太阳印刷有限公司污水处理站的工艺设计,废水的规模是 5656m3/d。进水水质:BOD5=1550mg/L,COD=3200mg/L,SS=180mg/L。污水处理站主要工艺为 UASB 反应器和 CASS 反应池,污水进入污水站后,经过细格栅后再进入调节池,再由调节池中的潜污泵提升,然后经过 UASB 反应器、CASS 反应池、机械絮凝池、斜管沉淀池、再由接触消毒池消毒,最后由巴士计量槽排至市政排水管网。设计出水水质,COD、BOD5、SS 等主要指标需达到污水综合排放标准及有关标准。污泥处理工艺采用竖流浓缩池进行重力浓缩、再经由贮泥池调节泥量,最后由脱水机房脱水后外运卫生填埋。主要构筑物 CASS 工艺是在 SBR 工艺的基础上改良的,该系统可进行污泥内回流,可不设二沉池沉淀。该系统具有高效、节能的特点,其耐冲击负荷高,出水水质好。关键词:污水处理站 UASB 反应器 CASS 反应池 混凝沉淀池Environmental Engineering Design of Sun Printing Company (Waste Water Treatment Section)Abstract The main content of this design is the process design of the sewage treatment station of Sun Printing Co., Ltd,the design scale is 5500 m3/day.
