北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计 送瓶及摆瓶装置的设计送瓶及摆瓶装置的设计摘要工业机械臂越来越多地应用于各种场所，利用机械臂实现物体的搬运也被广泛采用。该设计主要针对饮料灌装生产线上的自动化设计了一个自动摆瓶及送瓶的机械手，实现流水线的快速运作。该机械手可以实现手臂的前后移动、摆瓶机械手臂的垂直方向的移动以及手部位置的夹紧和放松的简单动作。本设计内容包括送瓶摆瓶装置的结构设计、零件受力校核、soildworks 的三维建模等内容。关键词：机械手、设计、校核、建模北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计 Design of bottle feeding and placing deviceAbstractIndustrial manipulator is more and more used in various places, and it is also widely used to carry objects. This design mainly aims at the automation of the beverage filling production line, and designs a manipulator which can automatically swing and send bottles to realize the rapid operation of the assembly line. The manipulator can realize the forward and backward movement of the arm, the vertical movement of the bottle swinging manipulator, and the simple action of clamping and relaxing the position of the hand.
