我国生鲜食品冷链物流配送优化研究REASERCH ON THE OPTIMIZATION OF FRESH FOOD COLD CHAIN LOGISTICS DISTRIBUTION IN CHINA专 业：2015 物流管理(国际物流)姓 名：指 导 教 师：申 请 学 位 级别：学士论 文 提 交 日期：2019 年 5 月 22 日学 位 授 予 单位：天津科技大学I摘 要随着当世界经济水平的不断向前发展，人民生活水平的不断提高，人们对于健康身体的需求也越来越高，人们对于生鲜产品的新鲜程度提出了越来越高的要求。生鲜产业作为一个能够直接影响到广大民众生活的行业，其发展状况直接影响到广大民众的生活水平，冷链物流近几年才在中国发展起来但发展程度较低，我国每年仍然有大量的生鲜食品由于物流配送问题导致食品腐烂，这不仅会对生鲜产品的经济效益产生影响，也是对资源的浪费。因此，本文在研究学者对冷链物流的特征、流程、存在的问题的研究基础之上，将注意力集中于生鲜食品在冷链物流的配送环节，对比国内外硬件设施等方面的不同之处，找出我国冷链配送出现的问题及原因，结合实际情况优化配送管理。首先，充分了解冷链物流的概念及特点，冷链物流适用范围，结合配送环节的重要性，深入了解冷链物流配送的兴起及现状，清晰明确生鲜食品冷流物流配送优化管理的研究意义。其次，通过对国外冷链物流技术的研究发现我国冷链物流技术的缺陷，对比分析其原因，最后取其精华，把国外著名专家的理论知识、成功的配送案例，对我国现有的冷链物流进行优化。关键词：生鲜食品； 冷链物流； 配送IIAbstractResearch of cold chain logistics in China starts late, now is still at the primary stage of development,our country's circulation each year close to 400 million tons of fresh products, low flow rate directly lead to the loss rate is as high as 25% 30%, the data shows that our country's fresh product distribution should be a cause of sustained, attaches great importance to the development, and pay attention to the production, processing, distribution and so on each link.Therefore, based on the research of the characteristics, processes and existing problems of cold chain logistics, this paper focuses on the distribution of f...
