顺辉瓷砖库存管理研究摘 要随着物流产业的快速发展，库存管理已然成为企业成本管理的重点，对企业起着非常重要的作用。生产企业要在市场中占领先机，并且为企业获得更大发展和经济效益，就要结合自身特点，科学的优化库存管理。但是许多企业为了追求经济利益，往往忽略了库存管理的优化。本文通过对连云港顺辉瓷砖有限公司的库存现状研究，发现该企业存在需求预测不准确、货物管理混乱和原材料采购不合理三个问题。分别采用了简单移动平均法ABC 分类法和 EOQ 模型三种方法解决以上问题，从而降低顺辉瓷砖的库存量和减少库存成本，合理的优化库存，帮助顺辉瓷砖走出库存困境。 【关键词】顺辉瓷砖；ABC 分类法；EOQ 模型；库存管理Research management optimization of Shunhui Tile Stock ManagementAbstractWith the rapid development of logistics industry, inventory management has become the focus of enterprise cost management, the enterprise plays a very important role. Production enterprises in the market to occupy the initiative, and for enterprises to obtain greater development and economic benefits, we must combine their own characteristics, scientific optimization of inventory management. But many enterprises in order to pursue economic interests, often overlooked the optimization of inventory management.This paper studies the inventory status of Lianyungang Shunhui Tile Co., Ltd. and finds that the enterprise has three problems such as inaccurate demand forecast, chaos of goods management and unreasonable purchase of raw materials.
