I摘 要在教育教学的过程中,教师一定会使用到“语言”这个工具,除此之外,“语言”还是教育教学活动自然发展的信息媒介。与体罚相比,“语言暴力”看似文明,但其对学生的危害却不可小觑。因此,本次使用观察法和访谈法,以宁德市某学校高年级小学语文老师为样本,对小学语文老师高年级课堂语言暴力使用现象进行研究分析。研究结果表明,高年级小学语文教师教学经验整体丰富、水平较高,但在教育高年级学生时常使用责骂的语气,没有关注学生的个性发展和学生的情感态度,语音语调不温和。因此,提出了加强教师职业道德教育和心理健康教育,建立学校的监督体制,提高教师职业幸福感的建议,完善法律法规的策略。关键词:小学语文教师;高年级;课堂语言暴力IIAbstractIn the process of education and teaching, teachers must use the tool of "language". In addition, "language" is also the information medium for the natural development of education and teaching activities. Compared with corporal punishment, "language violence" seems civilized, but its harm to students cannot be underestimated. Therefore, this study uses observation and interview methods to analyze the phenomenon of language violence in the classroom of senior Chinese teachers in a primary school in Ningde. The results show that the senior primary school Chinese teachers have rich teaching experience and high level as a whole, but they often use the tone of scolding in the education of senior students. They do not pay attention to the students' personality development and emotional attitude, and their voice tone is not gentle.
