顺丰优选生鲜配送风险评价研究摘 要随着信息技术的发展、市场竞争环境的迅速变化，电子商务得以快速发展，现代人的生活节奏日益加快，而人们拥有的时间、精力有限，购买生鲜商品的渠道也逐渐由线下向线上转移，生鲜电商由此得以发展。本文概述了国内外生鲜电商及物流配送风险研究，分析了顺丰优选目前生鲜配送现状及存在的配送风险，构建了生鲜电商配送风险的指标评价体系，然后结合顺丰优选生鲜商品物流配送实际，运用 OWA 算子的评价模型进行配送风险评价，找出顺丰优选生鲜商品物流配送中关键的风险因素并提出建议，进而为顺丰优选生鲜物流配送风险的防范和控制提供决策参考。【关键词】生鲜电商；配送风险；OWA；顺丰优选Study on Risk Evaluation of Fresh Fare of ShunfengAbstractWith the development of information technology, the rapid changes in the competitive environment of the market, the rapid development of e-commerce, the pace of modern life is accelerating, and people have the time, energy is limited, the purchase of fresh goods channels are gradually from line to line On the transfer, fresh electricity business to be developed.
