摘 要幼儿园区域活动是我国幼儿园实施课程的一种方式。时至今日,区域活动已经成为幼儿园教育的重要组成部分,对幼儿身心的发展具有巨大的促进作用。小班幼儿从家庭生活转变到幼儿园的集体生活,生活态度和行为模式上发生巨大改变。区域活动是小班幼儿了解幼儿园的重要日常活动,教师指导的态度、语言、动作、表情等关系到幼儿与教师产生交集,建立依恋。对教师在小班区域活动指导存在对小班区域活动的认知不足,师生比例过高,对于幼儿观察不足等问题进行分析,提出减少区域指导师生比例,成立新老教师互助小组,加强区域指导培训等有效策略,有利于教师在教学方面的成长,帮助幼儿尽快适应幼儿园的集体生活,促进其各个方面全面发展。关键词:小班幼儿;区域活动;教师指导Abstract Kindergarten regional activities are a way of implementing curriculum in kindergartens in China.
