内容摘要 房地产投资基金是房地产企业进行股权投资的一种形式,这种投资模式和其他模式相比,最大的特点是同时具备高流动性和高回报率。近年来中国房地产投资基金的发展速度逐步加快,但受限于目前国内存在的制度障碍,如目前无税收支持政策,相关的政策如登记制度、上市交易条件、退出机制不完善;相关法律如《信托法》、《公司法》相关部分不能支持房地产投资信托基金形式,目前国内还处于摸索状态。本文通过分析房地产信托投资基金存在风险,并给出相关建议,对我国保险资金投资房地产信托投资基金发展起到一定的指导作用。关键词:保险资金;资金运用 ;房地产投资信托基金AbstractA real estate investment fund as the real estate market equity investment, with non relevance, high liquidity and high rate of return, the insurance business and has strong externalities, the cost of lagging, long running cycle of funds is consistent, provides an excellent platform for the investment of insurance funds in real real estate.
