本科论文摘 要近年来，随着网络的迅猛发展以及人们网络言论的自由性，负面网络舆情出现次数也越来越多，给政府的管理带来了极大的挑战，特别是当政府面对由突发事件产生的网络舆情时，往往出现不知道该如何下手的局面。本文以重庆公交坠江事件为例进行了具体研究分析，通过分析发现了地方政府应对中存在的主要问题，包括以下几个方面：政府网络舆情应对理念过于陈旧，在面对舆情的爆发式传播时，不能及时把控舆情演变的方向，缺乏完整的网络舆情引导机制，在处理舆情问题的能力上表现欠缺，和媒体的沟通交流不足等。政府要做出改变，加强对舆情的应对能力，就必须从自身存在问题入手，打破传统的旧思维、树立正确的应对观念，完善舆情应对机制，提高引导能力以及加强与媒体之间的联系与合作。希望能为提高地方政府应对突发事件负面网络舆情的能力提供一些借鉴。关键字：突发事件，负面网络舆情，地方政府本科论文AbstractIn recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet and the freedom of people's online speech, negative online public opinion has appeared more and more, which has brought great challenges to the government's management, especially when the government faces the online public opinion generated by emergencies, it often appears that it does not know how to start.This paper takes Chongqing public transport falling into the river as an example to conduct a specific study and analysis.
