本科论文摘 要随着我国经济的发展，中小型企业在我国的发展较快。中小型企业在跟随市场需求、灵活调整经营机制方面具有天然的优势，越来越多的企业能够利用市场上大量丰富的融资产品来满足日益增长的资金的需要，在融资过程中，不同企业对融资有着不同的认识与理解，有的企业认为只要资金到手就“一劳永逸”；而有的企业则在投资与融资问题上如履薄冰。文章主要分为四个部分。第一部分的主要内容为绪论，对文章的选题背景以及研究内容进行阐述。第二部分是对投资、融资、投资与融资的匹配性的概念等进行分类介绍，同时阐述了投融资相关理论。文章的第三部分主要分析了 SYGF 公司的投资融资的现状，以及出现的投融资出现的投资融资不匹配的问题，融资渠道单一等问题以及产生这类问题的原因。第四部分是基于 SYGF 公司的投资融资出现的问题，从融资战略等角度出发，就 SYGF 公司在融资战略上应考虑的要素给出具体的建议以及对策。关键词：资本结构，投资方式，投资融资策略，匹配性本科论文AbstractAs China's economic development, the development of small enterprises is very rapid.
