摘 要酮洛芬作为一种抗炎药被广泛应用在医药学领域中,因其具有生物累积性而在环境中长期存在。本实验选择酮洛芬(Ketoprofen,简称 KP)和锦鲫作为实验材料,在室内模拟条件下进行半静态染毒实验,研究低浓度 10 mg/kg、高浓度 100 mg/kg 的酮洛芬对锦鲫肝脏抗氧化防御系统的影响。实验结果:在 KP 10mg/kg 时,锦鲫的 SOD 酶活性均受到抑制,CAT 酶活性先抑制后诱导上升,这说明锦鲫的抗氧化防御系统损伤并不明显;在 KP100mg/kg 时,锦鲫 SOD 酶活性均受到抑制,CAT 酶活性先诱导后抑制下降,这说明了锦鲫的抗氧化损伤不明显。这表明了更高浓度的 KP 或者更长的暴露时间才会对锦鲫的SOD、CAT 酶活性起到显著的抑制作用,但这些体内表征的变化都说明了酮洛芬会造成锦鲫肝脏的氧化损伤。关键词:锦鲫;抗氧化防御系统;酮洛芬;SOD;CATAbstractKetoprofen is widely used as an anti inflammatory drug in the field of medicine and has long been found in the environment due to its bioaccumulation.
