I摘 要玩教具对幼儿身心发展具有重要意义与促进价值,科学合理的配置与使用适合幼儿年龄阶段的玩教具,对幼儿的发展有着不可小觑的作用。但是不符合幼儿年龄阶段的玩教具或者错误投放和使用玩教具,都会让玩教具失去促进幼儿发展的效果。根据研究调查发现,目前玩教具制作方面存在幼儿参与到玩教具制作少的现象,在玩教具的使用上也存在使用率低易损坏、使用功能单一化的问题。配置上存在配置的玩教具不符合小班幼儿年龄阶段的问题。具体分析原因,主要因为教师以成人目光看待幼儿作品,在使用时偏重玩具功能忽略教具功能,教师自身专业能力不足及制作投放时选择不当。为此提出增加幼儿参与到制作玩教具中的机会,注意使用玩教具时机与方式,增强教师专业能力的策略建议,希望能改变教师投放玩教具中的不足之处,促进玩教具更为科学合理的配置。关键词:玩教具;配置;使用;现状;对策IIAbstractPlay teaching aids are of great significance and promoting value for children's physical and mental development.
