1外源基因瞬时转化烟草叶片的研究摘要:外源基因瞬时转化是当前植物分子生物学研究的热点之一,也是植物分子育种的基础之一。烟草是外源基因瞬时转化的模式植物,其研究以及通过转基因手段获得变异植株为外源基因瞬时转化的基础研究奠定基础。本试验选取的烟草,以根癌农杆菌 EHA105 菌株为介导,来干涉本氏烟草的基因片段,以注射法转化烟草,获得转基因植株,并从形态、分子和遗传方面分析外源基因对植物外源基因瞬时转化的影响,为其基因的功能研究提供依据。应用实验室种植的烟草,通过转化,初步研究了烟草的多基因转化。通过烟草的品系选育,创造出新的烟草品系,为烟草基因工程的研究发展提供了便利,也为蛋白功能提供了一个便捷的技术。关键词:瞬时转化;外源基因;烟草叶片;转基因2Transient Transformation Of Tobacco Leaves By Exogenous GenesAbstract: Transient transformation of exogenous genes is one of the hotspots in plant molecular biology and one of the bases of plant molecular breeding. Tobacco is a model plant of transient transformation of exogenous genes. Its research and the acquisition of mutant plants by transgenic means lay a foundation for the basic research of transient transformation of exogenous genes. The selected tobacco, mediated by agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA105 strain, interfered with the gene fragments of bens tobacco, transformed tobacco by injection to obtain transgenic plants, and analyzed the influence of exogenous genes on the instantaneous transformation of exogenous genes from the aspects of morphology, molecule and heredity, so as to provide a basis for the study of gene function.
