盐城师范学院体育教育专业人才培养方案分析-基于华中师范大学的比较与借鉴摘 要采用文献资料法、数理统计法和比较分析法对盐城师范学院和华中师范学院两所高校的体育教育专业人才培养方案进行调查和分析。研究表明：盐城师范学院人才培养目标定位为“应用型人才”，华中师范大学人才培养目标定位为“复合型人才”；两所高校课程结构设置符合《课程方案》，基本设置了通识课程、专业课程、实践环节这三大类；两所高校必修课程学分比例较高，选修课程学分比例较低；两所高校专业课程选修学时所占比例最高，且华中师范大学专业课程选修学时占总时间的一半。分析盐城师范学院和华中师范学院两所高校的体育教育专业人才培养方案，为优化盐城师范学院体育教育专业人才培养方案，为提高人才培养质量提供理论参考。【关键词】盐城师范学院；体育教育专业；人才培养方案An Analysis of Talent Cultivation Program of Physical Education Specialty in Yancheng Teachers College- Based on IComparison and Reference from Huazhong Normal UniversityAbstractThis paper investigates and analyzes the training programs of physical education talents in Yancheng Teachers College and Huazhong Normal University by means of literature, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis. The research shows that: Yancheng Teachers College personnel training target is positioned as "applied talents", Huazhong Normal University talent training target as "compound talents". Two colleges and universities curriculum structure in line with the "curriculum", the basic set of general courses, professional courses, practical links of these three categories. And the proportion of compulsory courses is higher, and the proportion of credits in elective courses is lower. In addition, the two colleges of professional courses elective the highest proportion of school hours, and Huazhong Normal University professional courses elective hours accounted for half of the total time.
