校园女子足球发展制约因素及其对策研究－－以常州市金坛区为例 摘要：我国改革开放至今，我国的体育机制和发展手段方面，也随之出现了深层次的革新与优化。但是从我国校园女子足球的整体发展上看，近几年来并不存在本质上的变化。当前在我国校园足球课广泛开设、各级别比赛相继举办以及业余团体等多方支持下，依旧没有推动常州市金坛区的校园女子足球运动的飞速发展。怎样构建切实可行的后备力量培训框架，在实际研究当中没有明确的定义。但是能够明确的是，常州市金坛区校园女子足球的发展方面，没有相对足够的普及力度。 本文借助于文献资料、开展实地调查以及逻辑分析等一系列的方法，对常州市金坛区的校园女子足球当前的发展现状与其中存在的各类问题进行了系统性的研究。并分析了其发展过程中的各类制约因素，并从政策、制度、师资力量以及环境等方面提出了相应的完善对策，为常州市金坛区的校园女子足球运动的发展带来一定的促进作用，并提供相应的参考依据。【关键词】校园，女足，制约因素，发展对策Jintan, Changzhou City Campus women's football development restriction factor and countermeasure research Abstract：China's reform and opening up so far, China's sports mechanisms and means of development, also followed a deep-seated innovation and optimization.
