I乡镇政府行政管理研究摘 要改革开放以来，乡镇政府行政管理体制也在不停地改革。第一章节是绪论，主要介绍对我国乡镇行政管理研究的背景，国内外的研究状况，研究的目的和方法，为下一步研究坐下铺垫。第二章节是概括了乡镇政府行政管理体制改革的理论基础。阐述了乡镇政府行政管理体制改革的相关涵义。介绍了政府治理理论、新公共管理理论的内容，为理论基础章节。第三章节承接了第二章的理论基础，详细介绍了我国乡镇政府行政管理体制改革的现状，分析了这些在乡镇政府行政管理存在的问题。第四章节针对行政管理存在的问题，从四个方面提出了乡镇行政管理体制的改革对策，包括：精简乡镇政府人员编制、加强乡镇权力监督、深化行政管理财务体制改革、完善乡镇政府的社会公共管理职能。关键词：乡镇政府，行政管理，改革2The Study on Administrative Management of Township GovernmentAbstractSince the reform and opening up, the administrative system of township government has been constantly reformed.
