乡镇卫生院药事管理摘要：药事管理工作是乡镇卫生院医疗工作的重要组成部分。目前,我国乡镇卫生院药剂科的发展相对滞后,随着医药卫生体制改革的深化,药品管理的规范化将彻底改变"以药养医"的局面。在这新形势下，如何加强乡镇卫生院药事管理工作,是值得探讨的一个课题。结合医院药剂科工作实践，对现存问题进行分析，提出相应对策。希望借助本文之研讨，可以为乡镇基层卫生院的药事管理提供有益的参考。关键词：乡镇卫生院；药事管理；医疗工作；用药Abstract: the management of the new drug is an important part of the medical work.
