小学职前教师和成熟教师的 TPACK 对比研究摘 要 随着信息时代加速发展,新一轮教育信息化的浪潮给教育领域带来巨大变革,这对新时代教师的专业能力提出来新的要求。学者提出整合技术的学科教学知识(TPACK),这对提高教师和学生的信息素养和课堂教学具有重要意义。研究采取问卷法、访谈法对职前教师和教龄在 5 至 15年的成熟教师的 TPACK 水平进行调查。调查发现,职前教师与成熟教师的 TPACK 水平在发展过程中存在知识体系不够完备、技术与学科教学结合不够紧密、整合意愿不强烈和缺乏创新意识的问题。结合实际情况进行原因分析,据此从职前教师培养阶段和成熟教师培养阶段提出促进小学职前教师与成熟教师 TPACK 发展的建议。关键词 TPACK 职前教师 成熟教师Primary School Pre-service Teachers and Mature TeachersComparative Study of TPACKAbstract With the rapid development of the information age, the new wave of educational information brings great changes to the field of education, which puts forward new requirements for teachers' professional ability in the new era. Scholars put forward the subject teaching knowledge of integrated technology (TPACK), which is of great significance to improve teachers' and students' information literacy and classroom teaching. The research adopts questionnaire and interview to investigate the TPACK level of pre-service teachers and mature teachers with teaching age of 5 to 15 years. It is found that the TPACK level of pre-service teachers and mature teachers has some problems in the development process, such as incomplete knowledge system, insufficient combination of technology and subject teaching, weak integration willingness and lack of innovation awareness.
