摘 要目前,保险公司的发展过程中,管理体制存在的问题正在逐步阻碍保险行业的发展,其部门之间的职责分析不清晰,绩效管理水平已经无法支撑公司规模的进一步扩大。良好的绩效管理不仅可以提高公司的经营管理水平,支持公司的战略目标的落实,更可以为公司提供改进和优化的具体实施方案,从而实现公司战略计划的实现和公司未来的长远发展。总体看来,绩效管理是指企业组织设定好标准和依据,对单位人员在工作岗位上的呈现的工作行为表现和最终工作结果方面的情况加以评定并反馈的企业管理活动。本文以中国平安沈阳电销分公司为例,分析了其绩效管理现状,绩效管理存在的问题和问题发生的原因。结果发现其问题主要包括对绩效管理的认知不足;绩效考核指标制定不合理;绩效管理过程中缺乏持续沟通与反馈和没有全面应用绩效考核结果。其原因主要包括:领导层重视不足;绩效管理体系不完善;员工绩效管理基础薄弱;战略目标的导向作用重视不足。根据问题提出中国平安沈阳电销分公司绩效管理问题的对策,包括加强领导层绩效管理的认知;科学制定绩效考核指标;建立有效的绩效沟通与反馈机制;绩效考核与企业战略相匹配。关键词:绩效管理; 绩效考核;人力资源管理; 企业战略AbstractAt present, in the process of the development of insurance companies, the problems existing in the management system are gradually hindering the development of the insurance industry.
