乡村振兴背景下农村电商物流配送的出路——肇庆市德庆 5 镇为例 The way out for rural e-commerce logistics distribution under the background of rural revitalization: 5 towns in Deqing County,Zhaoqing City as an example内容摘要习近平同志在十九大报告中提出乡村振兴战略，解决我国农村发展问题的困境。由于当下是互联网电商时代，农村电商是实现乡村振兴的重要途径之一，然而农村电商物流配送环节存在的种种不足严重影响了农村电商的健康高速发展，所以农村电商物流配送环节面临着巨大的机遇与挑战。本文基于国家倡导乡村振兴战略，通过实地探访与问卷调查法对肇庆市德庆 5 镇（德城镇、新圩镇、官圩镇、马圩镇和高良镇）的农村电商物流配送存在的物流基础设施建设、人才培养和物流体系三个问题进行探讨。针对上述存在的问题，给予的解决方案分别是当地政府与物流企业积极投入物流基础设施，建立农村电商物流配送物流园；面向学生，政府牵头当地高校设立物流配送专业，定向输出高水平物流配送管理人才，面向村民，政府在各镇开展免费物流配送技能培训课程，定向培养高质量一线物流配送人才；政府牵头物流配送企业在乡镇建立“配送联盟”的方式。本文的研究希望促进农村电商物流配送的发展，最终帮助家乡早日步入全面小康社会。关键词： 乡村振兴战略 农村电商 物流配送 PEST 分析模型AbstractIn the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Comrade Xi Jinping proposed the strategy of rural revitalization, which solved the dilemma of rural development in China.
