I摘 要小学生人际交往在传统的教育中往往被忽视,学困生的人际关系更是未受到应有的重视。本研究以宁德市某小学二年级一名学习困难学生为研究对象,使用个案研究、观察、访谈等方法,对该生的人际交往现状展开研究。研究表明,该学困生的人际交往存在诸如孤僻任性、胆小被动、自卑感强且敏感等问题,导致这些问题的主要原因有学生自身性格缺陷、教师缺乏关注、家长期望过高等。本研究者认为,可以从培养习惯方法、丰富同伴、师生、亲子间的互动形式等方面改善该生的人际交往问题,从而激发自信心,提高自我效能感,让学生健康成长。关键词:小学学困生;人际交往;存在问题;指导策略AbstractInterpersonal communication of primary school students is often neglected in traditional education, and interpersonal relationship of students with learning difficulties is not paid due attention. This study takes a student with learning difficulties in the second grade of a primary school in ningde city as the research object, and USES methods such as case study, observation and interview to study the current situation of the stuIIIdent's interpersonal communication. The study shows that there are some problems in the interpersonal communication of the student with learning difficulties, such as being solitary, self-willed, timid and passive, having a strong sense of inferiority and being sensitive, etc. The main causes of these problems are students' character defects, teachers' lack of attention, and parents' high expectations.
