摘 要作为幼儿成长发展的奠基人,幼儿教师在教育行业中的作用不可或缺。从国家教育行业以及民族的发展大计上来讲,幼儿教师担负着为祖国栋梁“育芽”的重要使命,关注幼儿园教师的职业生存与发展,特别是乡村地区幼儿园教师的职业生存与发展现状,是发展教育行业十分重要的一部分。本文旨在研究乡村幼儿教师的生存现状。本文涉及的概念主要为“生存现状”。本文将‘‘生存现状”理解为现阶段在日常物质和精神环境以及特定的历史文化背景下人们所表现出来的各种生活形态。幼儿园教师的物质生存状态主要是指教师通过教育活动获得必要的物质报酬以维持生活的状态。例如教师获取工资和其他福利保障等。精神生存状态是指幼儿园教师融入办公环境,履行工作职责,努力实现自身的发展趋势时所面对的非物质生活,例如复杂的社会关系和极大的压力等。 同时,关于乡村幼儿园教师流失现象的研究,本文将主要从薪资水平引发幼儿教师的流失、职业倦怠引发幼儿教师的流失、职业压力引发幼儿教师的流失以及受职业幸福感的影响引发的幼儿教师的流失四个因素展开研究。 关键词:乡村幼儿教师;生存现状AbstractAs the founder of children’s growth and development,perschool terchers play a fundamental role in the education industry.From the perspective of the development of the national education industry and the nation,perschool teachers shoulder the important mission of “cultivating shoots”for the pillars of the motherland,it is an important part of developing the education industry to pay attention to the professional survival and development of kindergarten teachers,especially the current situation of kindergarten teachers in rural areas.The paper studies the living studies of rural preschool teachers.The concept involved in this paper is mainly ‘survival status’.In this paper,the ‘living status’ is understood as the various life forms that people show in the daily material and spiritual environment as well as in the specific historical and cultural background.The material living state of kindergarten teachers mainly refers to...
