摘 要随着经济社会的不断发展，文化建设变得越来越重要起来，成为社会普遍关注的焦点。而与此同时，农村教育本身发展的窘境也受到了广泛的关注，农村教育存在资金短缺、定位有偏差、管理水平不高等诸多问题。正是出于对这些问题的认识以及我个人对农村教育事业的浓厚兴趣，因此认真的分析了陕西省农村教育发展的现状，并找出其存在的不足以及解决对策，成为本文的主要写作的出发点。本文采用了文献资料，数据收集法及定性分析等研究方法，针对陕西省教育事业发展中所存在的问题，具体说明了农村教育事业相关概念与理论基础，详细分析当前陕西省农村教育事业发展的现状，并在此基础上提出了提升陕西省农村教育水平的建议或意见，探讨了大力办好农村教育以全面提升农民素质的现实路径。即增加农村教育投入、正确定位农村教育、提高教师素质带动农村教育发展、提高农村教育管理水平。关键词：陕西省；农村教育事业；现状；对策AbstractSince the reform and opening up, China has made many remarkable achievements in economic construction.
