摘 要小学数学新手教师的课堂提问技能直接影响到小学生数学思维能力的发展。调查显示,目前许多小学数学新手教师由于不明确课堂提问的观念和没有做好课堂提问准备导致在实施课堂提问时往往出现提问数量多、杂、无目的、自问自答等现象。再者,在课后未能及时进行反思,使这种现象无法得到改善,课堂提问技能无法得到提升。在实际的课堂教学中,这样的情况并不利于师生之间的沟通和良好课堂氛围的营造。新形势下,小学数学新手教师为提高课堂教学效率可以从课堂提问观念、课堂提问准备、课堂提问实施以及课堂提问反思方面来实现。关键词:小学;数学;新手教师;课堂提问IIAbstractThe classroom question-asking skill of the novice teacher of primary school mathematics directly affects the development of the students' mathematical thinking ability.
