摘 要民宿随着国民旅游的狂热迅速兴起，十多年以来民宿设计从过去的简陋、单一化，走向了“精致、个性、生态”化。本文以瓮安县的民宿为例，通过文献调查法、实践调查法、问卷调查法来研究该地在社会、经济、文化等方面的背景下所产生的民宿发展现状及其管理模式。总结相关的材料，通过具体问题具体分析原则，尝试对该地民宿能够更好跟上新时代民宿的步伐寻找理论建议，例如，政府的支持、民宿行业的帮助、新媒体技术的推动等，以便更有效的为该地民宿发展和管理做出一定程度的贡献，也为其他地区民宿有类型情况做出提示意见。关键词：民宿；发展；管理AbstractWith the rapid rise of national tourism craze, the design of homestay has gone from simple and unitary in the past ten years to "delicate, individual and ecological".
