北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文我国绿色建筑发展管理技术研究摘 要在现在的社会中，城镇化的发展速度非常快，城市的范围得到了迅速的拓展城市面临着很好的发展机遇。可是人口，资源以及环境领域也出现了很多问题与挑战。为了解决这些问题，最大程度地缩减资源的耗费量，绿色环保的建筑设计就变得非常关键。该论文使用的指导文件是《绿色建筑评判准则》GB/T50378-2014，针对绿色环保建筑的整体过程管理来展开分析，整理统计出绿色建筑设计不同层面的关键点与设计方式领域的提高，进而为中国绿色建筑设计提供一些参考。该论文的绪论部分仔细叙述了选题背景，探究目标与重要性，简要描绘了绿色建筑与国内外关于绿色建筑的发展状况。第二章重点对绿色建筑的总体过程展开了叙述和简要分析。第三章比较客观地叙述了绿色环保建筑的管理过程。认真研究了土地与环境节约能源，节水与用水，节约材料和物质资源，联系当地的气候，自然资源状况，工程实施的科技水平，经济投资方面的水平，设计出节能环保、能够满足人民需求和城市规划的绿色建筑。对全过程管理的意义和影响因素等进行探讨。第四章对确保绿色建筑的管理科技给出了比较实用合理的方法，进而实现构建绿色建筑的目标。关键词:绿色施工；建筑工程；工程应用；BIM 技术北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractWith the progress of urbanization， the scope of the city continues to expand， the city ushered in a good opportunity for development ， but the corresponding population， resources and environment are filled with many challenges.
