我 国 绿 色 餐 饮 品 牌 建 设 研 究摘 要发 展 绿 色 管 理 的 餐 饮 业 己 经 成 为 中 国 饮 食 行 业提 高 国 际 市 场 竞 争 力 、 新 经 济 挑 战 的 重 要 举 措 。本 课 题 将 从 研 究 国 内 外 餐 饮 业 绿 色 管 理 发 展 状 况入 手 ， 选 取 国 内 绿 色 管 理 研 究 资 料 和 国 外 绿 色 管理 研 究 资 料 为 切 入 点 ， 对 国 内 绿 色 餐 饮 品 牌 建 设发 展 状 和 存 在 的 问 题 进 行 分 析 研 究 ， 对 国 内 绿 色餐 饮 品 牌 建 设 的 特 性 、 功 能 以 及 应 用 进 行 初 步 探讨 。 将 通 过 对 中 国 绿 色 餐 饮 品 牌 建 设 发 展 情 况 的调 查 ， 采 取 定 性 与 定 量 分 析 相 结 合 的 方 法 ， 对 我国 绿 色 餐 饮 品 牌 建 设 管 理 发 展 进 行 预 测 ， 指 出 当前 存 在 的 问 题 ， 从 绿 色 餐 饮 品 牌 建 设 管 理 的 时 机、条 件 以 及 市 场 需 求 等 方 面 ， 对 其 发 展 提 出 具 体 的应 对 思 路 与 实 施 对 策 。关 键 词 ： 餐 饮 ； 绿 色 管 理 ； 品 牌STUDY ON CHINA'S CATERING INDUSTRY GREEN MANAGEMENTABSTRACTThe development of green management of the catering industry has become China's food industry to enhance competitiveness in the international market, the challenge of new economy important measure.
