中国劳动关系变化中的问题和改进对策所学专业:人力资源管理摘 要 伴随着我国二元经济向一元经济转变、计划经济向市场经济转变、粗放型经济增长方式向集约型经济增长方式转变的历史性变革,我国的劳动关系发生了深刻而巨大的变化,也面临着前所未有的冲击和考验。转型过程中,处于不同所有制经济中的各种劳动关系也在动荡和演化中变得越来越复杂,劳动关系两大主体之间的矛盾冲突不断增多,因而使劳动关系调整问题日益突出。和谐稳定的劳动关系是构建和谐社会的基础,新的经济体制对劳动关系及其调整对策提出了新的要求,我们必须加强这方面的研究,以便在新的形势下谋求建立和谐稳定的劳动关系。 本文首先对劳动关系的内涵进行了界定,接着分析了我国劳动关系变化的背景和劳动关系变化的新特点,同时指出我国劳动关系变化中存在的问题。最后得出了我国劳动关系的改进对策,发展和谐劳动关系,要从全局的角度分析我国现在劳动关系存在的总量和结构矛盾,建立完善的三方协调机制,同时要进一步完善我国的劳动法体系,加大执法和司法力度,最后,各级政府和工会要把握好在劳动关系调整中的地位和作用,加强社会保障制度建设。关键词:劳动关系 特点 问题 改进对策The problems and countermeasures of changing labor relations in China Abstract I With Chinese historic transitions,from unitary economy to dualistic economy, from planned economy to market economy and from to economical economy, labor relations in China has experienced a deep change and confronted with the unprecedented attack and challenge.
